● Can you service my Mako compressor, fill station, etc.?
Yes. We are trained and certified to work on Mako compressors, fill stations, storage solutions, hoses, etc. and are the only authorized Mako distributor for the entire state of Texas. We provide routine compressor maintenance as well as special service calls, and we keep a large supply of consumable items in stock, as well as numerous other commonly used parts.
● Can you work on other compressors?
Yes. We service most other breathing air compressors as well as Mako, and keep a number of parts in stock which are common to all.
● Can you set me up on a routine maintenance schedule?
Yes. We have various routes throughout the state of Texas set up in order to cut down on expenses by sharing the travel costs with other fire departments or scuba shops in your area.
● What territory do you serve?
We are the authorized Mako distributor for the entire state of Texas.

● How quickly can you come out and look at my compressor?
If you need immediate attention, we can make a special trip. If not, we will work you in when we will be in your area in order to save you on your travel costs.
● How long does it take to get my order?
If we have it in stock, we can ship it either the day we receive the order or the next business day. Typically our UPS Ground shipments will arrive within 1-2 business days after receipt of order to a commercial non-rural address. If we do not have it in stock, we can let you know how soon it would take to get it for you.
● What type oil does my compressor need?
Most Mako compressors use the same synthetic type of oil, which we always keep in stock. We also can provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) if requested.
● What type filter does my compressor need?
To answer accurately, we will need the Mako model and serial number. We stock all three filters, so delivery could be within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.
● Do you have _____ in stock?
We are the only authorized Mako distributor for the state of Texas to sell genuine Mako parts. We keep a large stock of consumable items, as well as numerous other commonly used parts for Mako and other breathing air compressor systems.
● While I see a lot of products I would like to have, I don’t see one complete package which is exactly what I need. Can you customize packages?
Yes. We prefer to customize the breathing air system to suit our customers’ specific needs, and have done so with most of our fire departments.
● Do you have any references?
Yes. We would be happy to provide a list of references, and can narrow it down to customers in your area, customers with compressor systems similar to what you are looking for, etc.
